A. INFORMATION ABOUT THE SUBMISSION OF PROJECT
For the delivery to happen, each candidate must follow the following instructions:
1. First of all, the secrecy of the boards they prepare for the competition will be done by each student or just one students if they are working in teams of 2 by choosing a unique code of 7 characters (including 4 digits); for the correspondence between this code and their name, the students must fill in the form at the button below:
Rules for the secret code (alias):
MUST have 7 characters;
MUST have 4 digits and 3 capital letters - example: HF58Q26
DO NOT USE twice any digits or letters: A4AGW66 x
DO NOT USE more than two consecutive digits or letters: ABC1234 x
DO NOT USE lower case letters: kL7952N x
DO NOT START with a digit: 1TKL528 x
DO NOT USE personal data: ANA2001 x
Any code that can reveal the identity of the students may lead to disqualification!
The 3 presentation layouts will be collated and uploaded in a single PDF file with the maximum size of 100MB. The uploaded file can be renamed or deleted and replaced within the submission timeframe.
2. Secondly, the actual delivery will take place via an online platform provided by our partners at ALLBIM NET. For this, the students must follow the steps described in the instructions file. On the platform, they will upload a single PDF file, which will contain all three boards, will be named with the code of their choice (according to the instructions in point 1) and will have a maximum size of 100 MB.
