REGULAMENT DE PREDARE
EXTRAS DIN REGULAMENTUL CONCURSULUI
2.1 Calitatea de concurent
2.1.1 Pot participa la concurs doar studenți înmatriculați în primul ciclu de studii, în anul II, la o facultate cu specializarea Arhitectură sau Conservare și Restaurare de Arhitectură, și la care tema de atelier la disciplina Proiectare de arhitectură - adică locuire, coincide cu tema concursului.
2.1.2 Respectarea condiției de la punctul 2.1.1. va fi dovedită printr-o copie a carnetului de student vizat pe anul de studiu în curs, ce va fi trimisă împreună cu planșele înscrise în concurs, conform cerințelor de la punctul 3.6.7.
2.1.3 În cazul în care un student urmează pentru a doua oară anul II la specializarea Arhitectură sau Conservare și Restaurare de Arhitectură, va fi descalificat.
2.1.4 Concurenții care nu întrunesc condițiile de participare vor fi anunțați prin e-mail/sms și li se va menționa motivul.
2.1.5 Decizia Secretariatului este definitivă și irevocabilă.
2.1.6 Participanții vor lucra individual sau in echipa, urmand insctructinului precizate in tema de proiectare la tema de concurs.
2.1.7 Participanții vor fi considerați înscriși în concurs doar dacă au îndeplinit toate cerințele impuse de regulamentul și tema concursului.
2.1.8 Înscrierea la concurs nu este condiționată de participarea la evenimentele din cadrul acestuia.
2.1.9 Înscrierea în concurs se face dacă participantul îndeplinește condițiile de la punctul 3.6.7.
2.2 Condițiile de admitere în jurizare a proiectelor depuse
2.2.1 Vor fi considerați înscriși în concurs:
(a) Studenții care până la data de 29 mai 2026, ora 20:00 (Ora Bucuresti, EET) au încărcat proiectul pe https://concursul.casa/submitproject
(b) Studenții care au respectat formatul dat de temă în ceea ce privește planșele;
(c) Studenții care au trimis proiecte ce conțin toate piesele cerute prin temă;
(d) Studenții care au trimis proiecte ce nu conțin: numele membrilor și proveniența pe planșele de concurs, semne distinctive pe planșele de concurs.
3.4 Dreptul participanților de a cere clarificări
3.4.1 Participanți au dreptul de a cere informații scrise și clarificări în legătură cu concursul, organizarea și desfășurarea acestuia. Întrebările pot fi puse sub formă de comentarii pe site-ul oficial https://concursul.casa/, în cadrul a două sesiuni de Q&A ce vor avea loc conform calendarului de la punctul 3.1.
3.4.2 Organizatorii sunt obligați să le răspundă participanților în secțiunea aferentă pe site-ul oficial https://concursul.casa/. Răspunsurile și clarificările vor fi disponibile în termenul anunțat prin intermediul calendarului (3.1) zile de la încheierea sesiunii de Q&A. Comunicarea răspunsurilor se va face prin aceeași metodă, de către Secretariatul concursului.
3.4.3 Răspunsurile sunt în conformitate cu tema și cu prezentul regulament.
3.6 Regulament pentru predarea proiectelor
3.6.1 Predarea proiectelor se face în perioada 25 - 29 mai 2026. Termenul limită de predare este 19 mai 2026, ora 20:00 EEST. Nerespectarea termenului de predare duce la descalificarea proiectului din concurs.
3.6.2 Fiecare student își va forma un cod de identificare din 5 litere. Codul se va regăsi în denumirea fișierelor celor două planșe și folosește la anonimizarea planșelor de către Secretariat.
3.6.3 În compunerea codurilor este interzisă folosirea de:
(a) Coduri cu litere repetitive; ex. AAADC, AADFF etc;
(b) Coduri cu litere succesive alfabetic; ex. ABCDE, ABCDQ, ABCGH;
(c) Coduri ce conțin litera ‘’O’’.
3.6.4 Participanții au obligația de a păstra codul secret până după momentul Festivității de decernare a premiilor.
3.6.5 Înscrierea proiectelor în concurs se face prin completarea formularului din secțiunea “Submit Project” de pe site-ul concursului, secțiune ce va deveni disponibilă pe data de 29 mai 2026.
3.6.6 Fiecare planșă trebuie să respecte specificațiile tehnice și layout-ul propus de către organizatori și autorul temei și să fie denumite conform instrucțiuniilor găsite pe concursul.casa/layout. Orice nerespectare a indicațiilor prezente pe site-ul concursului duc la propunerea spre descalificare a proiectului din concurs.
3.6.7 Formularul va avea atașat un link WeTransfer cu o arhivă care va conține un fișier PDF și un fișier JPG pentru fiecare planșă. De asemenea, arhiva trebuie să conțină câte o copie a primelor două (2) pagini (pagina cu datele personale și pagina cu avizarea carnetului) din carnetului de student al participantului (pentru verificarea statutului de student înmatriculat în anul II de studii, în anul universitar curent).
3.6.8 Arhiva nu trebuie să depășească 350 MB.
3.7.3 Abateri ce duc la descalificarea proiectelor din concurs:
- Proiectele ce nu respecta termenul de predare (29 mai 2026, ora 20:00, EET);
- Proiectele care au un număr de planșe diferit de cel stabilit în tema concursului;
- Proiectele înscrise cu un cod ce nu îndeplinește condițiile specificate la punctele 3.6.3.
- Proiectele înscrise cu autorul care nu îndeplinește criteriile de eligibilitate menționate la punctul 2.1.
3.7.6 Proiectele care nu vor respecta prevederile regulamentului vor fi propuse spre eliminare din jurizare, urmând ca juriul să ia o decizie în acest sens.
SUBMISSION REGULATION
EXTRACT FROM THE COMPETITION REGULATIONS
2.1 Competitor status
2.1.1 Only students enrolled in the first cycle of studies, in the second year, at a faculty specializing in Architecture or Conservation and Restoration of Architecture, and whose studio theme in the discipline Architectural Design coincides with the theme of the competition - housing, can participate in the competition.
2.1.2 Compliance with the condition in point 2.1.1. will be proven by a copy of the student ID card for the current year of study, which will be sent together with the drawings entered in the competition, according to the requirements in point 3.6.7.
2.1.3 If a student is enrolled for a second time in the second year of the Architecture or Architectural Conservation and Restoration specialization for the second time, he/she will be disqualified.
2.1.4 Competitors who do not meet the participation conditions will be notified by e-mail/sms and the reason will be mentioned.
2.1.5 The Secretariat's decision is final and irrevocable.
2.1.6 Participants will work individually or as a team, following the instructions written in the competion brief on the competition submission.
2.1.7 Participants will be considered registered in the competition only if they have met all the requirements imposed by the competition regulations and brief.
2.1.8 Registration for the competition is not conditional on participation in the events within it.
2.1.9 Registration for the competition is made if the participant meets the conditions in point 3.6.7.
2.2 Conditions for admission to judging of submitted projects
2.2.1 The following will be considered registered in the competition:
(a) Students who, by May 29, 2026, 8:00 PM(Eastern Europe Time, UTC+2), have uploaded the project to https://concursul.casa/submitproject
(b) Students who have respected the format given by the brief in terms of the boards;
(c) Students who have submitted projects that contain all the pieces required by the brief;
(d) Students who have submitted projects that do not contain: the names of the members and their provenance on the contest boards, distinctive signs on the contest boards.
3.4 Participants' right to request clarifications
3.4.1 Participants have the right to request written information and clarifications regarding the contest, its organization and conduct. Questions can be asked in the form of comments on the official website https://concursul.casa/, within two Q&A sessions that will take place according to the calendar in point 3.1.
3.4.2 The organizers are obliged to answer the participants in the relevant section on the official website https://concursul.casa/. The answers and clarifications will be available within the period announced through the calendar (3.1) days from the end of the Q&A session. The communication of the answers will be done by the same method, by the Secretariat of the competition.
3.4.3 The answers are in accordance with the competition brief and these regulations.
3.6 Regulations for submitting projects
3.6.1 The submission of projects takes place between May 25 and 29, 2026. The deadline for submission is May 29, 2026, 20:00 EEST. Failure to meet the submission deadline will result in the project being disqualified from the competition.
3.6.2 Each student will create a 5-letter identification code. The code will be found in the file names of the two boards and will be used to anonymize the boards by the Secretariat.
3.6.3 When composing codes, it is prohibited to use:
(a) Codes with repetitive letters; e.g. AAADC, AADFF etc.;
(b) Codes with alphabetically consecutive letters; e.g. ABCDE, ABCDQ, ABCGH;
(c) Codes containing the letter ‘’O’’.
3.6.4 Participants are required to keep the code secret until after the Awards Ceremony.
3.6.5 The registration of projects in the competition is done by completing the form in the “Submit Project” section on the competition website, a section that will become available on May 29, 2026.
3.6.6 Each board must comply with the technical specifications and the layout proposed by the organizers and the author of the theme and be named according to the instructions found on concursul.casa/layout. Any failure to comply with the instructions present on the competition website will lead to the proposal for disqualification of the project from the competition.
3.6.7 The form will have attached a WeTransfer link with an archive that will contain a PDF file and a JPG file for each board. Also, the archive must contain a copy of the first two (2) pages (the page with personal data and the page with the endorsement of the student card) of the participant’s student card (for verification of the status of a student enrolled in the second year of studies, in the current academic year).
3.6.8 The archive must not exceed 350 MB.
3.7.3 Violations that lead to the disqualification of projects from the competition:
- Projects that do not meet the submission deadline (May 29, 2026, 8:00 PM, EET);
- Projects that have a number of panels different from that established in the competition brief;
- Projects entered with a code that does not meet the conditions specified in points 3.6.3.
- Projects registered with the author who does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 2.1.
3.7.6 Projects that do not comply with the provisions of the regulations will be proposed for elimination from the judging, and the jury will make a decision in this regard.
